Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement system integrations, which include APIs, middleware, and data interfaces.

• Analyze both business and technical requirements to outline integration solutions.

• Configure and manage various integration platforms and tools.

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to integration performance.

• Ensure data accuracy, security, and adherence to organizational compliance standards.

• Collaborate with IT, digital, and business teams to facilitate system enhancements.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integrations and workflows.

• Assist in testing, deployment, and post-implementation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in system integration, APIs, or middleware platforms.

• Strong knowledge of data formats such as JSON and XML, as well as web services including REST and SOAP.

• Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Oracle Integration, etc.).

• Understanding of databases and proficiency in SQL.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient communication skills in English.
