Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the integration of the platform with third-party services via APIs, including banking and payment systems.

• Establish connections between the platform and online merchants through APIs.

• Review and enhance the requirements documentation related to monitoring interactions.

• Improve integration processes between the platform and external systems.

• Maintain up-to-date internal documentation regarding integration.

• Offer support for stable integrations with external systems, including managing incidents and monitoring critical quality indicators.

• Work alongside Development, QA, and Support teams to ensure smooth integration processes and address technical challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of the FinTech sector, particularly regarding Visa/Mastercard, internet acquiring, payment cards, e-wallets, payment systems, and 3D Secure.

• Familiarity with task tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in executing new integrations and maintaining existing ones with payment systems, banks, and PSPs.

• Proficient in log analysis and monitoring tools like Kibana and Grafana.

• Strong understanding of REST API, JSON, and HTTP protocols.

• Experience using Postman.

• Intermediate English proficiency for reading technical documentation and engaging with external support.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Previous experience as a Technical Support Engineer or QA is advantageous.

• Awareness of PCI DSS objectives and processes is a plus.
