This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design and develop integration solutions for supply chain platforms such as ERP, MES, LIMS, QMS, among others, and industrial automation systems.
• Implement standards like ISA-95 and ISA-88 in the integration design process to ensure consistency and interoperability across client environments.
• Contribute to the development of integration frameworks and patterns that facilitate Industry 4.0 architectures, smart manufacturing, and connected supply chains.
• Partner with client IT/OT teams to collect requirements, map data flows, and establish secure communication protocols.
• Utilize APIs, middleware, ESBs, and contemporary integration tools for scalable implementations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, including GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standards in life sciences manufacturing.
• Diagnose and enhance integration performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Document integration designs, specifications, and operating procedures; offer contributions to best practice guidelines and support the product roadmap with technical insights.
• 5–10 years of experience in system integration, industrial automation, or manufacturing IT/OT.
• Proficiency in ISA-95 (Enterprise-Control System Integration) and ISA-88 (Batch Control) standards.
• Practical experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.), MES, LIMS, QMS, and supply chain solutions.
• Knowledge of industrial automation technologies (PLC, SCADA, DCS) and data exchange protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, etc.).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, digital twins, and advanced analytics.
• Strong understanding of integration platforms (e.g., Apache Camel, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar).
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance in life sciences manufacturing (GxP, GMP).
• Exceptional problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
