This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

• Respond to technical inquiries from customers through Live Chat, Email, and Telephone

• Diagnose technical issues via online meetings

• Assess merchant requirements and collaborate with their development teams for product integration

• Create, enhance, and continuously maintain all technical documentation

• Deliver gateway and feature functionality training to merchants and partners as needed

• Offer technical product support and assist in resolving merchant account or gateway issues

• Facilitate coordination between customer care, sales, and technical teams for product integrations

• Organize training sessions to discuss product developments

• Gain an understanding of the payment domain across local, regional, and global markets

• Collaborate with engineers throughout the company to develop new features on a large scale

• Define project scopes, create business cases, and aid in the integration of our products with other platforms

• Enhance engineering standards, tools, and processes

• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business demands and role growth.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Financial Services/Fintech/High-Growth Startups

• A preferred degree, although practical experience is also considered

• Capability to build credibility and foster internal relationships

• Understanding of client/merchant/stakeholder care

• Awareness of how your role contributes to the business

• Passion for working within a growing fintech environment

• Ability to collaborate in a team setting and follow daily tasks

• Skills and knowledge to engage actively in meetings

• Proficiency in delivering work within deadlines

• Strong problem-solving and quick-thinking abilities
