AI & Automation Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and develop AI-driven automations and agents, incorporating APIs, webhooks, and middleware.

• Integrate Microsoft 365, CRM, rostering, finance, and communication platforms utilizing n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or tailor-made solutions.

• Leverage AI/LLM APIs like OpenAI to address real business challenges, including human oversight when necessary.

• Streamline repetitive administrative and data-processing tasks, such as reading, categorizing, summarizing, and transferring data.

• Design solutions with a focus on security, privacy, and access controls, ensuring the safe management of credentials and sensitive information.

• Test, document, and maintain solutions equipped with error handling, logging, and monitoring capabilities.

• Offer training and guidance to staff members.

• Counsel leadership on opportunities to enhance efficiency or reduce costs through AI and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software development, systems integration, or automation, with a proven track record of managing production solutions.

• Practical experience in utilizing AI/LLM APIs (including OpenAI or Claude) in real-world automation or product initiatives.

• Hands-on experience in creating production automations using platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or custom-coded solutions.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills, capable of conveying technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical audiences.

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience with AI agents and tool/function invocation.

• Familiarity with database management and data-processing workflows.

• Specific experience with automation related to Microsoft 365, Outlook, or Teams.

• Background in integrating CRM, rostering, finance, or telephony/SMS systems.

• Experience collaborating with Australian or other international clients.

• Knowledge of OAuth, Git, and cloud platforms.

• Experience in creating technical documentation or training non-technical personnel.
