Integration Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create and establish connections between NetSuite and clients' business environments, including CRMs, ecommerce platforms, manufacturing systems, financial systems, POS, data warehouses, and trading partners.

• Lead the integration process through discovery, design, construction, testing, training, and deployment phases.

• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to outline integration requirements and set realistic project scopes.

• Evaluate complex business needs and align client processes with NetSuite functionalities.

• Draft solution architecture and technical design documentation.

• Work in tandem with the internal development team on customized solutions.

• Oversee, troubleshoot, and maintain current integrations, including EDI and service-oriented architectures.

• Create reusable integration patterns, templates, best practices, and industry-specific solutions.

• Assist in presales activities, including scoping, estimating, and technical exploration.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing integrations for ERP or enterprise applications.

• Ideally have a background in consulting or professional services.

• Practical experience with at least one iPaaS platform: Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Workato, or Oracle Integration Cloud.

• Strong proficiency in API-based integration, encompassing both REST and SOAP.

• Familiarity with common integration patterns like EDI.

• Background in business analysis or solution management.

• Experience in guiding developers while maintaining code quality and best practices.

• Capability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects.

• Broad understanding of enterprise applications and their interrelations.

• Exceptional communication skills and confidence in leading client discussions.

• A curious mindset with the ability to quickly learn new platforms, tools, and business models.

• Preferred experience in NetSuite implementation.

• Preferred project management experience.

• Preferred experience in e-commerce integrations, such as Shopify, Magento, or Amazon.

• Preferred familiarity with ETL tools and data warehouse initiatives.

• Preferred SQL and database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.

• Preferred expertise in cloud applications like Salesforce, Google, or similar platforms.

• Preferred experience with EDI involving retail or distribution trading partners.
