Integration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the various phases of technical implementation for both internal and external stakeholders, encompassing requirements gathering, solution development, documentation, configuration, mapping, and user acceptance testing.

• Monitor the technical project timelines in collaboration with stakeholders, assist in identifying scheduling risks, and provide support to Implementation Managers in developing mitigation strategies.

• Set up, schedule, and manage containerized software within a multi-cloud environment.

• Revise and enhance external technical documentation to inform customers about our technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree or higher in a relevant field is required.

• 1-2 years of experience in roles such as Implementation Specialist, Technical Analyst, Technical Project Management, or IT support.

• A genuine enthusiasm for assisting law enforcement, first responders, and various government entities.

• Experience in a customer-facing position, ideally within project management, training, customer support, and/or feedback collection.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work autonomously and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

• A sense of ownership over your work and a commitment to every aspect of a task, from overarching goals to minute details.

• Familiarity with API Integrations, XML, JSON, and Kubernetes.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical logs.

• Basic knowledge of Linux systems.

• Completion of ISO 9001:2015 internal training within ninety (90) days of hire is mandatory.
