• Develop customer activation initiatives and content aimed at fostering engagement within our current community while attracting new customers.
• Implement integrated marketing campaigns through various channel touchpoints.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently while ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Sport, partnerships, retail, product, creative, social media, and others, to maintain consistency in messaging and execution across all marketing platforms.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with external collaborators, agencies, and influencers to enhance collaboration opportunities.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights within the fitness sector to uncover new prospects and refine marketing strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing marketing campaigns.
• Proven experience in developing multi-channel marketing strategies and plans.
• Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
