Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assess calls from our Call Center and serve as the initial contact for immigration clients seeking solutions.

• Execute a high volume of outbound and inbound communications (over 50 calls daily).

• Evaluate leads and pinpoint viable opportunities.

• Transform inquiries into consultations and retain clients by employing effective sales strategies.

• Foster trust with clients while managing sensitive and high-stakes situations.

• Keep precise records in CRM systems and sales pipelines.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.

• Work alongside internal teams to enhance client experience and conversion rates.

• Maintain the firm's standards with professionalism, urgency, and empathy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (C1 level).

• 2–3 years of proven success in phone sales.

• Background in legal intake or consultations with immigration clients.

• Demonstrated success in closing deals or converting leads into paying clients.

• Experience in environments driven by KPIs or metrics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to manage high call volumes and multitask efficiently.

• Proficient with CRM systems and remote communication platforms.

• A reliable laptop or desktop (minimum 8GB RAM, Core i5 or higher).

• Consistent 10 Mbps internet connection to ensure optimal performance.
