This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the scheduling of client intake and management of appointments for both clients and their families.
• Engage in professional communication with families, clinical personnel, and internal teams.
• Handle intake processes, manage scheduling updates, and oversee documentation workflows.
• Ensure the accuracy of client records and scheduling details.
• Coordinate follow-up communications and ensure timely updates regarding appointments and intake needs.
• Assist in operational and administrative processes related to intake.
• Monitor scheduling changes, cancellations, and any intake-related issues.
• Aid in reporting, documentation, and workflow coordination tasks.
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and precision in all communications and records.
• Provide support for additional administrative and scheduling responsibilities as needed.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in scheduling, intake coordination, healthcare administration, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills are required.
• A calm, professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is preferred.
• Experience with Qglobal is preferred.
• Knowledge of IntakeQ is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting is necessary.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills are essential.
• A reliable internet connection and an appropriate home office setup are required.
• Experience in US-based healthcare or ABA environments is a plus.
• Comfortable working during U.S. hours.
• Remote work from home is available.
