• Oversee the complete client intake process to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries from new clients, delivering timely and professional responses.
• Accurately collect, review, and organize client documentation.
• Facilitate the initiation of services, which includes scheduling and communicating with internal teams.
• Conduct ongoing follow-ups to guarantee high levels of client satisfaction and success.
• Assist in recruitment initiatives, which involve sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.
• Organize interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Aid in the onboarding process for new employees.
• Keep candidate and client pipelines updated using platforms like Monday.com.
• Monitor and manage workflows related to both intake and recruitment activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to efficiently address staffing and client requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in intake coordination, recruitment, or customer success (ideally within healthcare or ABA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to handle both client-facing and recruitment tasks effectively.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Competence in multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar CRM/project management tools (preferred).
• A customer-centric approach with a dedication to excellence in service.
• Strong problem-solving and administrative capabilities.
• Flexibility to work during U.S. hours.
