This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Manage incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Follow up on leads generated from the company website and various marketing initiatives.
• Assess potential clients and collect all required intake details.
• Establish a connection with prospective clients and effectively convey the company's services.
• Assist new clients throughout the onboarding process, from the initial contact to enrollment.
• Keep precise records in the CRM and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless client onboarding experience.
• Follow up with potential clients to enhance conversions and engagement.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the intake and onboarding process.
• Demonstrated experience in senior-level intake, onboarding, or customer-oriented positions.
• Strong phone skills and exceptional communication abilities.
• Experience in managing inbound leads and converting inquiries into clients.
• Capacity to build trust and foster robust client relationships.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable overseeing multiple leads and onboarding procedures concurrently.
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard business applications.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving results.
• Flexibility to work U.S. hours.
