Intake Client Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Oversee a queue of incoming documents to establish new clients and update existing client information in the CRM system.

• Assess incoming Medical Service Authorizations and medical documentation to set up new clients, modify existing client details, and terminate accounts as required.

• Communicate and follow up with Agency Case Managers through email, State Portal Messaging, and phone calls regarding action items or required information.

• Identify and resolve account-related issues.

• Collaborate with Logistics, Customer Care, Billing, and Compliance teams.

• Support other departments with inquiries related to Intake.

• Function within service level agreements while ensuring accuracy for billing and compliance objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Basic skills in Microsoft Office are necessary.

• Prior experience in Data Entry is preferred.

• Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail and precision.

• Capability to resolve issues promptly.

• Proficiency in navigating various computer systems, applications, and utilizing search tools for information retrieval.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt as needed in a fast-paced environment.

• Capability to meet high production and quality standards.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Genuine dedication and enthusiasm for assisting others.

• Prior experience complying with company policies and embodying core values.

• Must have a wired internet connection via an ethernet port. Broadband internet wired to the home is mandatory - Cable Modem/service or Fiber Optic. No Satellite, 4/5G, or DSL connections.
