Insurance Service Agent – Ukrainian, Russian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Create positive experiences for our clients.

• Adhere to our established service procedures to provide our current bilingual clients with personalized customer support and policy options from the insurance carriers represented by IIG.

• Maintain accurate records for all clients within the CRM database, ensuring compliance with company quality and regulatory standards.

• Develop strong relationships with clients and actively pursue the cultivation of referral leads.

• Provide customer assistance via phone, email, or text.

• Manage emails and follow up with calls/emails to obtain any missing information and documentation.

• Utilize insurance carrier platforms and technology accurately and in a timely manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in both spoken and written Ukrainian and Russian is essential.

• Proficient comprehension of the English language (both written and verbal) is required.

• Must successfully pass a background check.

• Must complete the Property & Casualty insurance state licensing exam and obtain a license; candidates must be based in the US and eligible to work in the US.

• Strong customer service skills and aptitude (including listening, communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities).

• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office; a technology-oriented mindset is crucial.

• Higher education is advantageous.

• Must be a proactive team player, effective collaborator, and possess a proactive mindset.

• Ability to organize tasks effectively, manage time well, be results-oriented, and work under tight deadlines.
