Insurance Service Agent, Albanian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Adhere to our established service protocol to provide our bilingual clients with the highest level of personalized customer support and policy selections from the insurance providers represented by IIG.

• Maintain precise records for all clients within the CRM database, ensuring compliance with company quality standards.

• Foster relationships with clients while actively pursuing the development of referral leads.

• Provide customer support via phone, email, or text.

• Manage email communications and follow up with calls/emails to obtain any necessary information and documentation.

• Utilize insurance carriers’ platforms and technology both timely and accurately.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in speaking and writing the Albanian language is essential.

• Proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal) is required.

• Must successfully complete a background check.

• Must pass the state licensing exam for Property & Casualty insurance and secure the license; candidates must be based in the US and eligible to work here.

• Strong customer service skills including active listening, effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office; a technology-driven mindset is essential.

• Higher education is considered an advantage.

• Must be a proactive team player with effective collaboration skills and a forward-thinking attitude.

• Ability to efficiently organize tasks, manage time effectively, be results-oriented, and work under tight deadlines.
