Insurance Sales & Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in managing their car and home insurance requirements

• Deliver warm and efficient customer service

• Handle incoming calls from customers seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and various other insurance policies

• Support policyholders with modifications to their policies

• Acquire knowledge of insurance products to connect customers with the right insurance providers

• Guide users through the Jerry.ai app

• Address issues and eliminate obstacles to ensure appropriate coverage

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents

• Recognize coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and renewal rate increases

• Collect customer feedback to enhance the product

• Assess whether candidates align with sales or service pathways during the interview process

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous, but not mandatory

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried positions; or AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly roles

• Full-time positions only

• Candidates are required to respond to work authorization and visa sponsorship inquiries

• P&C license status is requested; however, the license is not necessary as Jerry covers the cost of obtaining it
