Insurance Sales & Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional care to customers while identifying coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and changes upon renewal.

• Handle inbound calls from clients seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and various other insurance policies.

• Support policyholders in making changes to their existing policies.

• Acquire knowledge about insurance products to effectively match customers with the right insurance providers.

• Develop a deep understanding of the Jerry app.

• Address and resolve issues to eliminate obstacles between customers and suitable coverage options.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer product insights and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.

• A genuinely friendly and positive demeanor.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient communication skills.

• Applicants must currently reside in an eligible state: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this hourly position.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• A valid Property & Casualty license will be inquired about during the application process.

• Availability for full-time employment is required.
