• Reach out to warm leads to set up appointments.

• Assist families in evaluating coverage alternatives and applying for protection.

• Guide applications through the underwriting process until families are completely covered.

• Provide support to families who have previously requested help with life insurance-backed products.

• Emphasize service over cold prospecting.

• Possession of a life insurance license or a willingness to obtain one.

• Access to a computer and phone to serve clients.

• Reliable internet connection is necessary.

• Honest and confident communication skills are essential.

• A passion for assisting families in making informed financial choices.

• Eagerness to develop into a leadership role over time.

• Some travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events.

• Must be comfortable with a 100% commission-based income structure.
