This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.
• Engage with prospective clients through phone, email, and text to assess their insurance requirements and suggest customized coverage options.
• Effectively articulate the features and advantages of products from various insurance providers, confidently addressing customer inquiries.
• Primarily work with qualified leads provided by the company to optimize sales opportunities and improve conversion rates.
• Consistently follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and text to facilitate their progression through the sales funnel.
• Achieve or surpass sales objectives by employing effective sales techniques and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with underwriters and customer service teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities utilizing CRM tools.
• Create personalized policies for clients using internal quoting tools and systems.
• Inform homeowners about insurance coverage options to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of their protection.
• Remain updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position Kin’s Agency solutions.
• Over 1 year of insurance sales experience in a dynamic brokerage environment.
• Bilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred).
• Experience in selling through multiple carriers across different states (home, auto, umbrella, jewelry, etc.).
• Valid Property & Casualty license.
• Strong comprehension of insurance products and policy procedures.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a natural talent for closing deals.
• Self-driven and results-oriented with a proven history of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.
• Experience in call or contact centers (brokerage experience preferred).
