This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.
• Engage with prospective customers by responding to inbound inquiries through phone, email, and text to assess their needs and suggest personalized insurance solutions.
• Achieve or surpass sales goals consistently by cultivating strong customer relationships and employing effective, consultative sales strategies.
• Articulate the value and benefits of Kin’s insurance products clearly, while confidently addressing customer inquiries.
• Utilize company-supplied qualified leads and perform regular follow-ups to guide customers through the sales process to closure.
• Collaborate across departments with underwriters and customer service representatives to ensure a seamless experience from the initial inquiry to policy issuance.
• Clarify intricate insurance concepts and assist customers in selecting coverage that best safeguards their most valuable assets.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in P&C insurance within a fast-paced sales environment (experience in homeowners, auto, and/or call centers is advantageous).
• An active P&C license in your current state of residence.
• Demonstrated success in closing sales and exceeding performance targets.
• Capability to quickly establish trust through clear and confident communication.
• Comfort in adhering to performance metrics, schedules, and training obligations.
• Expertise in CRM systems and telephone software, including the ability to manage multiple platforms concurrently.
• Self-driven and results-oriented mindset with a strong enthusiasm for achieving goals.
• Bonus qualifications: Licensed in California, Surplus Lines License.
