This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Drive revenue expansion in Spain by enhancing existing customer accounts through a structured approach to upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
• Build strong relationships with essential customer stakeholders, including HR and Finance.
• Create a consistent and repeatable outreach strategy that includes meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a balance between high-volume outreach and quality conversations through consultative selling.
• Demonstrated success in the health insurance sector.
• Level 2 Insurance Mediation/Distribution License (or higher) required.
• Experience in B2B Sales or Customer Success with a focus on commercial responsibilities.
• Confident in leading expansion discussions with stakeholders in HR and Finance.
• Highly organized and disciplined in managing portfolio activities and follow-ups.
• Proficient in CRM systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
