Insurance Relationship Manager – Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of new marine insurance policy binding from the initial lead through to closing.

• Foster consistent revenue growth by maintaining disciplined producer activity.

• Serve as the primary insurance partner for marina managers and their teams, integrating insurance discussions into the marina customer experience.

• Educate marina teams to identify opportunities and direct referrals effectively.

• Position Newcoast as the reliable insurance provider for slip holders, dry-stack customers, and boat purchasers.

• Interact directly through on-site visits, phone calls, and digital communications.

• Provide transparent metrics regarding bind rates, market penetration, and revenue performance.

• Offer insights on customer trends and suggest changes to enhance production efficiency.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Property & Casualty Producer Insurance License to be obtained within 6 months of hire.

• Proven success in personal lines or marine insurance sales.

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed production targets consistently.

• Strong producer characteristics: competitive, relationship-oriented, and results-focused.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to influence marina staff and clients.

• Well-organized and disciplined in handling a substantial portfolio of opportunities.

• Experience in marine or marina settings is preferred.

• Willingness to travel nationally up to 50% of the time.
