Insurance Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate workers’ compensation insurance applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness.

• Effectively and accurately input data into carrier portals and the Hourly administration system.

• Draft written communications regarding underwriting appetite and requirements, proposals, referrals, endorsements, and declinations.

• Aid in tracking and communicating submissions and renewals through internal spreadsheets and documentation.

• Support the binding of policies, processing of endorsements, and the entry and preparation of new and renewal submissions.

• Regularly meet with the Underwriting team to discuss coverage needs and gain a deeper understanding of the book of business.
