Insurance Brokerage Administrative Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Quote & Proposal Generation: Collect client details, verify risk locations, and provide accurate quotes for both Personal and Commercial lines.

• Coverage Analysis: Evaluate policy choices, conditions, and deductibles to guarantee clients receive optimal care and protection.

• Compliance Checking: Review applications and carrier proposals to ensure adherence to state regulations and internal policies.

• Binding & Processing: Conclude and bind coverage with carriers after client approval of the final proposal.

• Financial Reconciliations: Gather initial premium payments and swiftly update banking and internal ledger systems.

• Account Management: Manage an active portfolio of property, personal (home/auto), and commercial (liability/BOP) insurance policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or account management.

• Advanced English Proficiency: upper intermediate, advanced, or proficient level.

• Versatility: Strong foundational knowledge of both Personal and Commercial property/casualty insurance.

• Experience with U.S.-based clients.

• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using Agency Management Systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) and comparative rating tools.

• Precision: Outstanding attention to detail in managing banking data, complex legal addresses, and policy compliance documents.
