Insurance Agent, Sales/Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers to identify coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and renewal adjustments.

• Handle incoming calls from clients seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and various other policies.

• Support policyholders with modifications to their policies.

• Acquire knowledge of insurance products to align customers with suitable insurance providers.

• Familiarize yourself with Jerry’s constantly evolving application.

• Address issues that hinder customers from obtaining the right coverage.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Provide feedback on products and contribute to enhancing the customer experience.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Maintain a friendly and upbeat demeanor.

• Demonstrate a willingness to collaborate as part of a team.

• Exhibit a strong work ethic.

• Possess solid problem-solving abilities.

• Display excellent communication skills.

• Full-time employees must currently live in an eligible hiring area.

• Sales/service candidates must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. where required.

• A valid P&C license will be inquired about during the application process; the company will cover the costs of obtaining one if necessary.
