• Engage with warm leads to arrange appointments.

• Assist families in evaluating coverage choices and applying for protection.

• Facilitate applications through the underwriting process until families are fully insured.

• Possess a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one.

• Have a computer and phone to service clients.

• Maintain a reliable internet connection.

• Be comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment.

• Be coachable, disciplined, accountable, honest, and confident in communication.

• Have a passion for assisting families in making informed financial decisions.

• Be willing to develop leadership skills over time.

• Be comfortable with a 100% commission-based income structure.

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events.
