This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Reach out to warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in evaluating their coverage options and applying for protection

• Facilitate applications through the underwriting process until families are fully insured

• Serve around 3–5 families weekly

• Emphasize service over cold prospecting, utilizing warm and inbound leads

• Possession of a life insurance license or a willingness to obtain one

• Access to a computer and phone for client service

• Stable internet connection

• Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment

• U.S. citizenship is required

• Comfortable with a 100% commission-based income structure

• Must be disciplined and accountable

• Honest and confident in communication
