• Reach out to warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in evaluating coverage options and applying for protection

• Facilitate applications through underwriting until families achieve full coverage

• Provide services to families seeking products backed by life insurance

• Emphasize service over cold prospecting; all leads are warm and inbound

• Must be a citizen of the United States

• Possession of a life insurance license or a willingness to obtain one

• Access to a computer and phone to assist clients

• Reliable internet connection is necessary

• Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment

• Must be coachable and disciplined

• Honest and confident in communication skills

• Driven by a passion to help families make informed financial choices

• Willingness to develop into a leadership role over time

• Comfort with a commission-based income structure
