
Insurance Account Manager – Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Oversee the development and implementation of learning programs for client service teams across various platforms.
• Act as a subject matter expert for AMS360 and other relevant systems and tools, managing training delivery for new users and newly integrated offices.
• Create and execute role-specific onboarding programs spanning 30, 60, and 90 days for Client Managers and Client Advocates.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to evaluate learning requirements and customize training strategies that align with company SOPs.
• Offer coaching, mentorship, and strategic guidance to team leaders and learning advocates.
• Extensive experience with AMS360 and other insurance-related systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance account management (licensure preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in facilitating training for large groups, in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
