Insurance Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Maintain the information within the client management system.

• Issue Certificates of Insurance.

• Assist in the renewal process.

• Manage change requests.

• Oversee invoicing and accounting-related tasks.

• Address additional client needs as they arise.

• Stay informed about coverages, carrier guidelines, and underwriting practices.

• Cultivate relationships with clients and carrier representatives.

• Collaborate with the Aviation team to deliver exceptional client service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Property and Casualty Insurance License.

• Have three to five years of relevant industry experience.

• Hold a High School diploma.

• Demonstrate strong client relation skills.

• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Maintain a service-oriented attitude, cooperative nature, and tact in resolving client and company issues.

• Showcase strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Be proficient in basic computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Have the ability to quickly learn and effectively use multiple systems.

• Display responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all matters.

• Possess the ability to prioritize tasks for the timely completion of critical and sensitive activities.

• Take accountability for the quality of work produced.
