This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee and enhance the Instrumentation product line.
• Market and sell the company's offerings and solutions to local clients.
• Achieve or surpass order intake and profit margin goals established by the Sales Director.
• Develop and implement the regional strategic action plan.
• Maintain a consistent presence with customers through a specified number of visits.
• Identify and pursue new clients and business prospects.
• Gather and share strategic and economic insights internally (projects, investments, etc.).
• Collect competitive intelligence (pricing, new products, etc.).
• Take initiative in suggesting enhancements and solutions.
• Utilize the CRM effectively.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by conducting surveys and communicating results to relevant stakeholders (QHSE, Sales Director).
• Energize and manage sales channels (distributors, agents/resellers, OEMs).
• Foster collaboration with other Sales Engineers and departments within the company (Services, Systems).
• Education: Bac+2/3 or equivalent (e.g., BTS CIRA or Electrotechnics, DUT in Physical Measurements, DUT GEII, or Engineering degree).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry (instrumentation solutions).
• Valid driving license (category B).
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of relevant technical terminology and applicable physical laws.
• Technical proficiency in instrumentation.
• Strong commercial and sales skills.
• Understanding of business law.
