This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the commercial management and enhancement of the Instrumentation portfolio, aiming to meet or surpass order intake and margin targets for a designated geographic area, adhering to group policies.
• Advocate for and sell the group’s products and solutions to local clients.
• Meet or exceed order intake and margin targets established by the Sales Director.
• Formulate and execute the regional action plan.
• Maintain a proactive presence with customers, achieving a required number of visits.
• Represent the company's brand image and values to clients.
• Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities.
• Gather and share strategic and economic insights (projects, investments, etc.) internally.
• Collect competitive intelligence (pricing, new products, etc.).
• Actively propose ideas and initiatives.
• Utilize the CRM system effectively.
• Adhere to the guidelines and strategies set by the Sales Director (targeting, prospects/clients, key accounts, coordinated actions).
• Ensure customer satisfaction, conduct surveys, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders (QHSE, Sales Director).
• Energize and support sales channels (distributors, agents/resellers, OEMs).
• Foster collaboration with other Sales Engineers and various departments within the company (Services, Systems).
• Resolve commercial disputes with clients and assist in payment collections.
• Engage in marketing activities (trade shows, commercial events, etc.).
• Continuously monitor technical competency and seek training as necessary.
• Education: Bac+2/3 or equivalent (e.g., BTS CIRA or Electrotechnics, DUT in Physical Measurements, DUT GEII, or Engineering degree).
• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial/sales role within the industry (instrumentation solutions).
• Possession of a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience utilizing a CRM system.
• Knowledge of relevant technical terminology and the physical principles involved.
• Technical proficiency in instrumentation.
• Strong commercial/sales skills.
