Instructor, Structural Engineering Exam Prep

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Instruct live online preparatory courses for the Civil SE licensing examination.

• Exhibit exceptional teaching abilities while engaging students and fostering their success.

• Act as a subject matter expert in the industry and exam-related topics.

• Conduct classes in accordance with the predetermined schedule and curriculum, ensuring technical precision.

• Prepare for course sessions and provide updates, corrections, or enhancements to course slides or materials at least weekly throughout the duration of the program.

• Fulfill live webinar technical requirements, including early logins, recording management, software/hardware/internet specifications, and delivering from a quiet setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Must possess a licensed SE through NCEES (*Required! Civil PE is not eligible).

• Proficient in effectively using online classroom technology.

• Previous teaching or mentoring experience is preferred.

• Past employment in the Engineering sector with a comprehensive understanding of licensing exam content and preparation is preferred.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

• Strong dynamic speaking skills are preferred.

• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency are preferred.
