This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take charge of the complete relationship with designated instructors throughout their time with ELVTR.
• Cultivate robust, trust-based connections by understanding the motivations, constraints, and preferred communication styles of instructors.
• Anticipate and resolve potential issues proactively to prevent any impact on course delivery or instructor satisfaction.
• Handle all escalations related to instructors, including changes in scheduling, concerns about course structure, questions regarding compensation, and delivery risks.
• Monitor instructor engagement closely and identify early signs of disengagement or potential dropout.
• Establish and maintain a strong network of industry experts in pertinent subject areas, which includes attending virtual events and keeping track of key voices in the market.
• Review course landing pages, sales materials, and promotional content to ensure they align with the instructor’s expertise and positioning.
• Analyze course performance and provide structured feedback to sales and internal teams to address any messaging or product understanding gaps.
• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with senior professionals, executives, or subject-matter experts in fields such as professional services, talent management, media, education, or similar domains.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities with the capacity to influence without formal authority.
• Proven track record of proactively identifying risks and managing complex stakeholder scenarios.
• Comfortable working across various time zones in a fully remote setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple high-touch relationships at the same time.

• Experience in EdTech, online learning, or course production environments.
• Background in account management, talent coordination, or client services within high-touch, professional services contexts.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Coda, along with CRM or talent management systems.
• Experience in building and sustaining professional talent pipelines, speaker networks, or instructor communities.
