Instructor, Content Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Conduct live training sessions for both beginner and intermediate classes;

• Design and organize comprehensive learning pathways;

• Create practical labs, real-world case studies, and performance evaluations;

• Record well-structured lessons for e-learning (EAD) courses;

• Showcase and instruct on solutions such as ITSM, App Engine, Flow Designer, and Service Portal;

• Utilize editing software and generative AI to enhance scripts and lesson materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an instructor, teacher, or facilitator;

• In-depth knowledge of scripting, Flow Designer, and APIs;

• Proficient in Intermediate/Advanced English (B2);

• Established familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools, particularly LLMs;

• Background with editing software (Canva, Camtasia, Capcut, or similar).
