This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Partner with Designlab to develop the curriculum, learning goals, activities, and projects.

• Conduct live sessions for groups of working professionals.

• Assist students in recognizing effective applications for AI, automation, and agentic workflows.

• Instruct students on constructing systems with appropriate context, tools, guidelines, and human checkpoints.

• Aid students in troubleshooting, assessing, and enhancing the workflows they create.

• Ensure that course content remains up-to-date as technology advances.

• Create teaching materials and exercises, and prepare the course for its launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Substantial hands-on experience with several of the following: ChatGPT, Claude, or other leading AI platforms; agentic and multi-step AI workflows that involve tool utilization and decision-making; workflow platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n; APIs, webhooks, connectors, MCP, or similar integrations; context design, reusable instructions, and knowledge sources; human-in-the-loop systems, guidelines, evaluation, and reliability.

• Actively create valuable AI-powered or agentic workflows as part of your responsibilities.

• A clear understanding of when agents are beneficial and when they introduce unnecessary complexity.

• Strong operational experience in deconstructing complex processes and pinpointing where AI can provide leverage.

• Awareness of the capabilities and constraints of current AI technologies.

• Proficiency in articulating technical concepts in a comprehensible manner for non-technical audiences.

• Experience in teaching, presenting, writing, or otherwise conveying work to an audience.

• A clear, straightforward communication style devoid of exaggeration.

• A curious mindset and a hands-on approach to ongoing learning.

• Bonus: experience in conducting workshops, courses, or corporate training.
