📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive design, development, and implementation of AI-centered training and curriculum for the Veterans Health Administration.

• Act as the chief authority in instructional systems design for the VHA AI Education Hub initiative.

• Lead a team of Instructional Designers to create scalable, evidence-based educational solutions.

• Empower VA healthcare professionals to comprehend, embrace, and utilize artificial intelligence tools in both clinical and administrative contexts.

• Provide mentorship to junior designers.

• Counsel senior stakeholders.

• Enhance curriculum standards that promote AI literacy throughout the VA organization.
