📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint, design, and develop effective learning solutions

• Engage with subject matter experts and learning managers to assess learning requirements

• Create comprehensive storyboards, templates, and educational materials

• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful outcomes

• Collaborate with developers and external partners to produce learning solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

• Diploma in Training Design and Development

• Exceptional skills in managing stakeholder relationships

• Experience in a high-paced work environment

• Expertise in designing blended learning programs, e-learning courses, videos, animations, and other educational resources
