Instructional Learning Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Engage with stakeholders to identify, design, and develop effective learning solutions.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and learning managers to assess learning requirements.

• Create comprehensive storyboards, templates, and resources to facilitate the development of various solutions (classroom, eLearning, video, etc.).

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful project delivery.

• Collaborate with developers and external vendors to implement learning solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exhibit exceptional relationship-building skills with stakeholders and effectively engage with SMEs.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting critical deadlines.

• Background in designing blended learning programs, eLearning courses, videos, animations, and additional resources.

• The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a Diploma in Training Design and Development.
