📋 Description

• Support management and Project Managers in the planning, management, and coordination of assigned projects.

• Collaborate with technical instructors and subject matter experts (SMEs) to evaluate learner needs for each course.

• Develop the overall narrative structure, rhythms, and patterns of the course to enhance learner engagement and success.

• Create digital content and courses.

• Produce eLearning assets using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Suite, Articulate Storyline or Rise, and game authoring tools.

• Evaluate the performance of courses and their components, providing recommendations for ongoing improvements.

• Prepare course review reports in conjunction with cross-team members.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or education, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching/training design and delivery.

• Background in education, adult learning, game design, training development, design, or delivery.

• Comprehensive understanding of learning theories and instructional design models, applicable to both online and print environments.

• Proficient in lesson and curriculum planning.

• Capable of writing impactful copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts.

• Experience managing small project teams through the complete development cycle of courses.

• Familiarity with simulation and 3D training environments as educational tools.

• Strong foundation in UX design and storyboarding.

• Proficient in authoring/design tools like Adobe, Storyline, or Captivate.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated with a passion for learning.

• Ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Outstanding research and time management skills.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for SME meetings and industry conferences.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/365, including SharePoint and OneDrive.

• Experience with Smartsheet.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience using Articulate Storyline and Rise.

• Previous experience with an LMS.
