Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assess learning requirements and partner with subject matter experts to convert soft skills and business concepts into well-structured, practical, and engaging educational experiences.

• Craft high-quality, conversational scripts for animated videos that uphold a professional tone while maximizing learner retention.

• Develop comprehensive storyboards that assist the production team, ensuring that visual metaphors and animations effectively align with the learning objectives.

• Evaluate video drafts (2D, 3D, and AI-generated) to confirm they fulfill educational standards and instructional clarity.

• Explore AI tools and interactive features to improve the design process's efficiency and enhance the final video product's impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in Instructional Design, with a focus on video-based learning or digital content creation.

• Demonstrated capability to transform challenging business subjects (Leadership, Compliance, Communication) into captivating, narrative-driven scripts.

• Profound knowledge of ADDIE, Gagne’s Nine Events, and cognitive load theory as they relate to multimedia.

• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) with the proficiency to clearly present concepts to stakeholders.

• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic production environment that adapts to evolving AI technologies.
