This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Actively seek out and cultivate high-value institutional clients with substantial asset scales and trading capabilities, including professional investment firms, asset management companies, quantitative trading teams, and family offices.
• Establish a steady client pipeline through industry events, peer referrals, and face-to-face meetings, efficiently driving partnerships to completion.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's trading strategies, capital structures, and product requirements, delivering personalized service solutions accordingly.
• Maintain consistent and thorough engagement with clients, nurturing long-term trust-based relationships and continuously enhancing growth in assets under management, trading activities, and platform loyalty.
• Take complete responsibility for key performance metrics within your client portfolio, such as AUM, trading volume, and revenue contributions.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly objectives for asset onboarding and business activation, while optimizing client value over time.
• Acquire deep knowledge across the platform's comprehensive product suite — including spot, derivatives, structured products, and exclusive institutional services — and offer tailored product recommendations aligned with each client's investment strategies and business goals, aiding them in maximizing returns or achieving risk management targets.
• Collect and analyze institutional client pain points and customization requests. Collaborate with internal teams across product, risk, compliance, and operations to provide customized solutions for key clients.
• Remain informed about institutional crypto market trends and competitor service strategies.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Web3 sector, with practical usage or service experience related to major exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, DeFi products, etc.
• Ability to swiftly identify and qualify target clients, coupled with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience in managing high-potential client relationships, client service, or account operations is preferred. A basic understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and risk-return is desirable; a background in banking, securities, or asset management is a strong advantage.
• Clear focus on KPIs and results, comfortable utilizing data to measure and manage performance.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment with frequent travel and client visits.
• Highly self-motivated and resilient, capable of finding pathways forward and driving execution in uncertain circumstances.
• Proficient in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferred majors include Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
