Institutional Fiat Client Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main operational contact for designated institutional and corporate fiat clients.

• Oversee daily operational support for high-value institutional users related to fiat deposit and withdrawal processes.

• Assist clients during the onboarding process, payment operations, and ongoing account management.

• Comprehend client operational requirements and proactively seek opportunities to enhance user experience and promote fiat product adoption.

• Address operational escalations and client inquiries with sound judgment while professionally managing client expectations.

• Facilitate payment, settlement, onboarding, and RFI-related escalations among internal teams and banking partners.

• Collaborate closely with VIP, Business Development, Product, Clearing, Compliance, and Banking Partnership teams to provide client operational support and drive strategic initiatives.

• Ensure strong ownership, responsiveness, and communication throughout the resolution of issues and client servicing.

• Assist in the adoption and operational implementation of strategic fiat solutions and banking channels.

• Convert recurring client challenges into opportunities for operational and process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in institutional operations, customer success, fintech operations, banking operations, or account servicing.

• Strong comprehension of fiat payment operations, institutional client servicing, or banking workflows.

• Proven experience supporting high-value clients or institutional relationships in dynamic environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in handling operational escalations and coordinating across various teams.

• A strong ownership mentality with the capability to manage issues from start to finish.

• Ability to work independently under pressure while upholding high client experience standards.

• Experience in the crypto, fintech, payments, or institutional banking sectors is preferred.

• Existing knowledge of institutional trading, OTC, or fiat on/off-ramp operations is advantageous.
