This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Delivers prominent customer support through the on-site installation of linear accelerators and imaging systems.

• Educates customers on the operation and upkeep of the system.

• Acts as the company's representative with customers on both administrative and technical issues.

• Logs detailed records of installation and upgrade tasks into the company's information systems.

• Maintains technical documentation related to operating characteristics, design elements, and technical performance.

• Provides regular reports to ensure that accurate statistical data on customer-focused activities is available.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

• Expertise and professional experience in electronic and electro-mechanical engineering, RF energy-producing devices, and electronic cooling systems.

• Skilled in using test equipment for the verification and calibration of electronic devices.

• Basic networking capabilities to integrate the machine into the customer server.

• Strong customer-focused mindset.

• Articulate with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
