This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the performance of the installed base across designated accounts, acting as the main leader for commercial and clinical growth following installation.

• Drive treatment volumes, utilization rates, and program development for CyberKnife and Radixact systems.

• Collaborate with customer clinical teams to expand treated indications, referral patterns, and overall program reach.

• Promote the sale of Synchrony, software upgrades, application packages, and feature enhancements within the established base.

• Introduce new clinical capabilities aimed at enhancing outcomes, efficiency, and customer return on investment.

• Be accountable for achieving software and upgrade revenue targets in the region.

• Increase service contract revenue, including renewals and multi-year agreements.

• Work alongside Service and Sales Operations on pricing strategies, renewals, and customer negotiations.

• Assist in ensuring consistent annual recurring revenue growth and high renewal rates within the installed base.

• Identify, qualify, and present trade-in/trade-up opportunities.

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to facilitate capital pull-through from the existing installed base.

• Provide clinical, utilization, and lifecycle insights to enhance capital deal strategies.

• Establish and maintain robust relationships with physicians, physicists, administrators, and executive stakeholders.

• Lead customer business reviews aimed at assessing performance, utilization, growth opportunities, and alignment with the roadmap.

• Work closely with Clinical Applications to ensure optimal adoption and customer success.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in selling software, upgrades, or services within medical device or oncology settings.

• Practical knowledge of CyberKnife, Radixact, and Accuray software platforms.

• Previous experience collaborating with capital sales teams on upgrade and replacement strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiological Sciences (Radiation Therapy, Medical Physics, Dosimetry) or a related clinical field.

• Demonstrated experience working in Radiation Oncology or complex clinical healthcare settings.

• Proven track record of revenue growth within an established customer base.

• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, treatment utilization factors, and program economics.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities across both clinical and administrative audiences.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and opportunity management capabilities.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
