Insights Partner – Career Pathways

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee research, news, programs, initiatives, as well as labor market and workforce data.

• Offer analysis and counsel to identify trends, emerging developments, and opportunities.

• Spearhead knowledge mobilization initiatives for Career Pathways and Skills.

• Develop briefs, memos, blog posts, presentations, and thought leadership materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience in a pertinent field.

• 3-7 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for experience in workforce development, immigration, refugee resettlement, or economic development.

• Insight gained from lived experience or education regarding the opportunities and challenges faced by immigrant and refugee communities.

• Proven experience in coordinating and collaborating across matrixed teams.

• Strong capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent writing and editing abilities.

• Proficient in technology tools, including the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
