📋 Description

• Oversee research activities related to labor market trends and employer practices.

• Perform literature reviews and conduct environmental scans to guide strategic initiatives.

• Spearhead knowledge mobilization efforts and produce insightful briefs.

• Sustain a cross-country learning agenda and manage knowledge repositories.

• Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing and assist in the execution of strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an acceptable equivalent in a relevant discipline.

• 3-7 years of related work experience, ideally in workforce development, immigration, refugee resettlement, or economic development.

• 2-4 years of direct experience in research or knowledge management.

• Excellent skills in writing, editing, and presenting information.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

• Experience with shared systems and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com) is preferred.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Personal or acquired understanding of immigrant and refugee communities.
