Affiliate Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Address creator inquiries utilizing pre-approved messaging templates.

• Assist creators with inquiries regarding campaigns, samples, commissions, and account details.

• Refer complex or sensitive matters to the relevant team members.

• Assess and manage creator sample requests.

• Approve or reject requests in accordance with established brand guidelines.

• Keep approval queues well-organized and tidy.

• Evaluate creators based on brand compatibility, content quality, engagement, and compliance.

• Review submitted content to ensure it meets campaign specifications.

• Identify and report potential brand safety or compliance issues.

• Dispatch outreach messages and invitations for campaigns to creators.

• Monitor creator responses and aid in campaign coordination.

• Support ongoing affiliate campaigns and ensure prompt follow-up.

• Oversee assigned TikTok Shop accounts and perform daily operational duties.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date workflows, trackers, and account information.

• Proactively communicate any obstacles and workload issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, customer support, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable adhering to established processes while ensuring high accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach.

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1/C2) with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
