Partner Education Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Effectively convey educational content using established materials, agendas, and facilitation frameworks with clarity and confidence.

• Exhibit strong facilitation skills while managing standard partner sessions proficiently in both live and online formats.

• Develop fluency in facilitating core Ellevation product workflows and address partner inquiries appropriately.

• Handle challenging facilitation situations with professionalism and a focus on partner needs.

• Utilize feedback and coaching to continuously enhance facilitation abilities.

• Take ownership of assigned training tasks and sessions, consistently delivering high-quality work on schedule.

• Collaborate efficiently within Partner Education and assist with cross-functional initiatives as needed.

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Ellevation’s complete ELD solution.

• Accurately and confidently facilitate foundational use cases.

• Keep up to date with product releases through team learning and internal resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in K–12 education (e.g., teaching, coaching, or instructional support) with a solid grasp of English Learner programs and instructional practices.

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective adult learning experiences, both live and online, in-person and virtually.

• Exceptional communication skills — capable of engaging diverse educator audiences and representing Ellevation in a professional manner.

• Comfort with digital learning tools (e.g., LMS platforms, webinar tools, content creation tools).

• Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple sessions and tasks simultaneously.

• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate through ambiguity.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% for in-person partner training and internal team gatherings, with increased travel during peak seasons.

• Familiarity with Ellevation’s ELD solution or similar edtech platforms is preferred.

• Experience in edtech, SaaS, or a partner-facing education or training role is preferred.

• Background in instructional design or curriculum development based on adult learning principles is preferred.

• Comfort in using data and partner feedback to assess and improve session quality is preferred.
