This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct intricate consulting projects for firms in the Chemical Industry.
• Propel substantial business development efforts by recognizing, nurturing, and securing new client partnerships with Chemical manufacturers.
• Establish and sustain robust, trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders within the Chemical Industry ecosystem.
• Aid in the expansion and advancement of the firm's Chemical Industry practice by assisting in the creation of new service offerings, methodologies, and thought leadership.
• Guide and mentor consulting teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Offer direction, coaching, and developmental opportunities for junior team members.
• Enrich the firm's knowledge repository through the creation of white papers, presentations, and involvement in industry events.
• Engage actively in firm-building activities, encompassing recruitment, internal initiatives, and strategic planning.
• Oversee engagement budgets and guarantee the profitable execution of client projects.
• 15+ years of progressive consulting experience, either from consulting or service firms, with a strong emphasis on the Chemical Industry sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in Operational Excellence (e.g., process design, reliability, maintenance, yield improvement).
• Established network of connections within the Chemical Industry community (e.g., fund professionals, operating partners, c-suite).
• Proven success in leading and managing complete consulting projects (from sales/scoping through final delivery and evaluation).
• A solid history of managing engagements exceeding $1M and leading cross-functional teams (including offshore or third-party vendors).
• Revenue Generation: Actively identify, qualify, and lead the pursuit of new business opportunities.
• Practice Leadership: Define and implement the regional or functional growth strategy, aligning market opportunities with the firm's service offerings.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
